Rochester Yellow Cab has been in business in Rochester for over 17 years, Med City has been in Rochester for roughly 11 years. As a transportation driver in Rochester, I will give you my basic opinion and review of both as they pertain to 5 different categories and on a 10-Point scale (10 being the highest). My short review of both is my knowledge as a driver and also from the customer's responses and opinions of both. Meter Price:  Overall this category seems to be the same across the board. The skyways are also connected to the city Subway system. Subway (underground - no trains):   The subway system is more connected than the Skyway in downtown Rochester.
