The Rochester Minnesota Mennonite Guest House offers basic comforts such as shared kitchens, refrigerators, telephones, microwaves, and a washer and dryer. There is no internet access, radio, or television.
 
The house is overseen by the local Rochester Mennonite Church. Those who have stayed here, state it's a comfortable and quiet place to stay when you are visiting Rochester, Minnesota.
 
Staff are very helpful, friendly, and have access to any information and/or resources a visitor may need. The house has 8 rooms. The cost per night is a "preferred" donation of $25.00 - $35.00 (or more if you feel generous) a night (some rooms have private baths and others a shared bath), kids are welcome. No pets. They do not have a website or email.

Now when you come to Rochester Minnesota, if you ask the locals "what's there to do in Rochester?". Most people will start laughing and their minds will begin to draw a blank. The same thing happened to me, the customer asked me that very question. He said, "never mind don't worry I have a tour book of places I want to see".
